Phillies: Saratoga falls to Glens Falls, 6-0 at home

Post game notes: Well tonight was a total success on the blog end of things, but disappointing for the Saratoga Phillies.

Below is the replay via Cover It Live a new plug-in for the blog that is ideal for live blogging and interaction with fans. I had a few messages on the first night, just enough to test out the system, but not overwhelm me during the game. I hope it will catch on as we continue during the season.

I've got some numbers to crunch (if we have a rainout on Friday, that would help), but plan on being live again Friday night at East Side Rec when the Phillies face the Albany Dutchmen with Shenendehowa graduate and current Monmouth pitcher Jon (not Josh) Shippee on the mound.

Pre-game notes; It's a week later than I wanted to, but I've added some new technology to the Diary and tonight is the first spin with it. It's been used before and could be something that could be hugely embraced by the Diary fans across the Capital Region and the nation (if I'm really that lucky!).

I love the live interaction capability of Cover It Live along with the simple posting abilities. (It also still allows me to edit for my mis-spellings and minor mistakes).

The live scoreboard is nice also, easier to update that on a blogger page too.
So click play, log on and enjoy.

See you tonight at East Side Rec.
