MAR - Game 16: Warrington 13, Bear All-Stars 3

CLIFTON PARK - The Southeast Pennsylvania champions, Warrington Mud Dogs, showed why they were undefeated in the state tournament, earning a five-inning "mercy rule" victory, 13-3, over Delaware state champion, Bear All-Stars.

Warrington rode the arm of starter Matt Radwanski, working four innings, allowing two runs and striking out six.

Mud Dog Jeff Carter went two-for-three with a double and an RBI single in the third.

Steven Trachtenberg ripped a two RBI triple in the bottom of the fourth to apply even more pressure on Bear and Chris DalFarra delivered the finishing blow, a two RBI single to right field, scoring Chris Trunk and Connor Kienzle for the 10-run difference.

Warrington is scheduled to face Western New York state champion, Ithaca, at 2:30 p.m. in the tournament pool play finale.
