Kickin' it with the Knights of Columbus Sept. 20

The Clifton Park Knights of Columbus are sponsoring a youth soccer challenge competition from 9:30 a.m. to noon Sept. 20 at the Clifton Park Soccer Club on the Clifton Common.

This is a fun, free, quick event for all ages where soccer players shoot towards a soccer goal marked into quadrants with the highest scores advancing.

All boys and girls ages 10-14 are invited to participate in the local level of competition.

The Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge is sponsored annually, rain or shine, with winners progressing through local, district, regional and state competition.
All boys and girls 10-14 years old, as of September 1, 2008 are eligible to participate and will compete in respective age divisions. All contestants on the local level are recognized for their participation in the event.

The soccer event is free and all participants are required to provide proof of age and written parental consent at registration.

Registration forms are available here, at town hall, or at the field on the day of competition. For additional information, contact Rich Gallego at 383-2892.
