Catch the Giants Parade on Tuesday

Join the Giants celebration in New York with two local bus companies Tuesday.


Local New York Giants fans can be a part of the festivities planned for the Super Bowl XLII champions Tuesday in New York City.

Wade Tours and Yankee Trails World Travel are offering bus trips to the Big Apple as the team takes part in the champions parade and celebration at Giants Stadium.

Wade Tours is offering groups of 28 people or more a $39 per person rate that will take the group to Giants Stadium for the afternnon celebration.

Groups can call Wade Tours at 355-4500 before 5 p.m. to arrange their custom trip.

Yankee Trails is offering a $40 per person special with phone-in reservations today until 5 p.m. along with walk-up availability Tuesday morning at its two departure locations.

The Yankee Trails excursion will leave at 6:15 a.m. from its Rennsalear offices and from Mars Music at the Crossgates Commons at 6:30 p.m. Fans will dropped off in New York City at 9:30 a.m. approximately five to 10 blocks from City Hall Plaza where the parade will end with a celebration there.

The parade is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. The bus will leave New York City at 6 p.m.

Call Yankee Trails at 286-2400 before 5 p.m. for reservations or pay cash in person Tuesday morning.
