He started last week with a 3-0 record at the John Reese Duals in Wilkes, PA at 125 pounds.

The biology/pre-dentistry major decisioned Centenary's Adam Christie, 6-0; decisioned Hunter's Evan Velez, 11-3 and earned a technical pinfall over Baldwin-Wallace's Tyler Erwin, 16-0.

The Red Dragons are currently ranked No. 19 in the NCAA Division III wrestling poll.

He went 4-0 during the North South Duals at Collegeville, PA with two decisions and two wins by pinfall.

He decisioned Messiah's Brice Stever, 9-5 before pinning McDaniel's Tim Hall in 4 minutes, 30 seconds. He went on to decision MIT's Grant Kadekura, 7-4, and finished off his perfect meet and week with a 55 second pin of Trinity's Max Walk.

Johanson posted a 21-14 record overall during his freshman season for the Red Dragons. He will hit the mat again this weekend at the Brute Adidas Invitational at Ursinus Jan. 12.
