Phils fall 3-1 to Glens Falls

Saratoga's Mark Lamm (Vanderbilt) did his job in relief, throwing two scoreless innings and striking out four batters. It was the Phillies bats that remained inadequate.

The Phils went hitless in the final two innings with three flyouts and two strikeouts. Their last batter to reach base was Tyler Zeronda (Lafayette) on a bunt in the seventh.

Glens Falls reliever Brian Moran (North Carolina) slammed the door in the ninth, earning a groundout and two strikeouts.
