Phillies add two doubleheaders to schedule

The Saratoga Phillies have suffered three rain postponements two weeks into the season and two contests have been rescheduled.

On Tuesday, June 26, the Phillies will play a doubleheader against the Watertown Wizards at 4 and 7 p.m. adding a game to replace the June 19 rain out on the road.

On Sunday, July 1, Saratoga will host Amsterdam for a twin-bill at 4 and 7 p.m. replacing the June 10 rain out at home. The contest will become part of an 8-game homestand for the Phillies beginning Saturday, June 30 through Sunday, July 8 with the NYCBL All-Star game in between on Friday, July 6 at Amsterdam.

Thursday night's rainout against Little Falls has not been rescheduled yet.

Both games of the doubleheaders will be full 9-inning contests.
